What are your responsibilities at VACE?

I work in the field of HR Consulting. My main task is to find the perfect match between candidate and client, i.e. to inspire the right candidate for the open position.
In the recruiting process, I design appropriate advertisements based on the client's requirements and post them on the VACE career website or various job platforms. I then select the applications received and search in our internal database or social platforms for potential candidates. Once a suitable candidate has been found, I conduct an interview - in person, remotely or by telephone - and accompany the candidate through the next steps.

What do you value most about your work?

The coolest thing about my day-to-day work is that I get to have a lasting positive impact on candidates' careers and lives.

There is nothing better than enabling people to have their dream job. Every working day can be very different, because I am in constant exchange with people. That's what makes my work so varied and exciting.

How do you rate your work-life balance?

For my job you would really only reuquire a cell phone and a laptop and therefore you can work very flexibly in terms of time and location. I can organize my working day very well, depending on how well the exchange with the candidates works.
