What are your responsibilities at VACE?
My responsibility is the technical office in the electrical engineering department. The main tasks are the direct communication with the customer and the coordination of ongoing projects. In addition, I am also responsible to a certain extent for IT in the Engineering Services area, which is a welcome change. However, the most important thing in my job is that I create the right working conditions to make my employees' work as enjoyable as possible.
What do you value most about your work?
What I appreciate about my job are the exciting and interesting tasks in our projects and constantly working with innovative tools to meet the customer's requirements.
How do you rate your work-life balance?
Our flexible working time model and the possibility to work from home already support my work-life balance quite well.
As a balance to the mostly sedentary work, I have now discovered cycling for myself. After work I can clear my head and combine technology and nature in a wonderful way.
