VACE holds the top positions 1, 5 and 7 in the industry ranking of the best employers 2022.
In cooperation with Statista, Xing and kununu, the magazine "Trend" has again identified the 300 best employers in Austria for 2022 in a complex procedure. VACE achieved the following places:
- 1st PLACE in the services section
- 5th PLACE in the field of mechanical engineering
- 7th PLACE in the area of information technology
- and 83rd PLACE in the overall ranking
A total of over 200,000 verdicts from four different evaluation channels were included in the ranking. Trend readers and members of the XING and kununu career networks were surveyed. A total of 1,400 companies from 19 industries were assessed.

Best Recruiters is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking world and annually surveys the recruiting quality of Austrian employers in cooperation with Dr. Wolfgang Elsik, head of the Institute for Human Resources Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. This year 558 companies in Austria were put through their paces: At the centre of the survey and the evaluation is the Candidate Journey, in which 225 individual criteria were evaluated.
